Privacy policy
What this site collects, why, how long it is kept and what you can ask us to do about it.
Who is responsible
ScalyX LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, Sheridan County, United States, decides why and how the data described here is processed. Questions and requests: [email protected].
Browsing the site
The public pages set no analytics or advertising cookies and call no third party. The server keeps technical logs — the page requested, the time, the browser's address — to keep the site running and to limit abuse. They are kept for thirty days and then deleted.
Signing in to the AI Image Generator
If you sign in with Google we receive your e-mail address, your name and your profile picture from Google, and nothing else. We use them to identify your account, to decide whether it has access, and to answer you if you write asking for it.
We keep the address, the name and the picture for as long as the account exists, together with the date of each sign-in attempt. Ask us at [email protected] and we delete all of it.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a closed tool for the creators we work with, and the performance of our agreement with you where one exists.
Cookies
Two cookies, both strictly necessary, both described on the cookies page. Nothing is set before you choose to sign in.
Who else sees it
Nobody. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers. Our hosting provider stores it on our behalf under contract.
Signing in necessarily involves Google, who handle your credentials under their own privacy policy. We never see your password.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, have it corrected, have it deleted, or object to it being processed at all. Write to [email protected] and we answer within thirty days.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom you may also complain to your national data protection authority.
Children
This site and the tools on it are for adults. We do not knowingly process the data of anyone under eighteen; if we learn that we have, we delete it.
