What this site is

The pages describe services ScalyX LLC offers. They are a description, not an offer that can be accepted by itself, and they do not create any engagement: work begins only under a separate written agreement.

The AI Image Generator

The generator is a closed tool. Access is granted account by account and may be refused, suspended or withdrawn at our discretion, including while an account is pending.

You may upload only a photograph of yourself, or one you have the right to use and whose subject has agreed to it being used this way. You may not upload an image of a minor, nor an image of anyone who has not agreed.

Images you generate are yours. You are responsible for how you use them, including making clear, where it matters, that an image was generated rather than photographed.

You may not use the tool to impersonate a real person, to produce sexual imagery of anyone who has not consented, or for anything unlawful. Any of these closes the account.

Availability

The site and the tool are provided as they are. We do not promise they will be available without interruption, and we may change or withdraw either at any time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, ScalyX LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or the tool. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence are unaffected.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies, and material changes are announced here before they take effect.
